Who We Are

Borealis is a free public light art festival, bringing together artists and the technological world through light to create an awe-inspiring, enriching community event in the South Lake Union neighborhood.

 

Why We Do It

Borealis offers a new artistic ritual for the tech booming City of Seattle - establishing a fresh, annual, citywide celebration designed to inspire, connect, and expand over time.
